Who pays for these items?

Both apparel and shipping costs will be charged directly to the employee, however, there will be opportunities throughout the year for employees to earn coupons and discounts to offset the costs.

 

Can I return items?

Since each item is custom ordered, we are unable to issue refunds or returns unless the item itself is defective.

 

Where are the items shipped?

Employees can choose to have their items shipped directly to their home or local office. The shipping address can be selected at checkout.

 

Do I have to order my company's clothing?

You are welcome to order from any of the Rehab, Cork, or Forza stores. You are not limited to one company.

 

How often are new products added?

We will adjust the product options throughout the year based on inventory, popularity, and requests. Check out the monthly Rehab Industries newsletters for opportunities to vote on new additions.

 

How do I use my coupons?

If you are provided a coupon for the online store, you can simply add the code during the checkout process under payment and the discount will automatically be applied to the order. Coupon codes can only be used once, so do not share it with others!

Coupons can only offset the cost of merchandise, shipping will be charged separately.

 

Can I redeem my coupon discount over multiple orders?

Coupons can only be redeemed once, even if it’s not for the full amount of the coupon. I.e. If you receive a $50 coupon and only order $30 worth of items in the order, you can NOT use the same code to redeem the remaining $20 off your next order.

 

Do my coupons expire?

No, your coupon is valid for the lifetime of the online store. They can not be redeemed for cash.

 

What is the expected turnaround time on orders?

Please allow 12-14 days to process embroidery orders and an additional 2-3 days for shipping based on preference.

 

Is tracking information provided for my orders?

Yes, you will be emailed a receipt of your transaction as well as order tracking information.
